This is Addison and lady bug Ella.
Ella sat in the stroller while Parker, the safari guide, Evan the elephant and cheerleader Addison made mad dashes to all of the houses. Addison's trick-or-treating did come to an abrupt stop though. The kids went to a house that was completely decked out for Halloween and the people handing out candy were dressed as gorilla's. She stood on their steps, screamed and cried until I came to get her. Poor pumpkin. After that she told me her bag was full enough of candy and she was done!
Last evening, our friend's Jesse and Melissa Leiss and their little boy Talen had their annual Halloween party. It's always so fun to see the kids dressed up and Addison even had two fellow preschool friends to play with there. Melissa is a kindergarten teacher so she always has the cutest activities for the kids to do, they had to find parts of a skeleton hidden around the house this year and their favorite was breaking open the pinata.
Every year we try to get all of the kids together for a picture which is always interesting when you have kids ranging from 5 months to 7 years old! They actually did pretty good this year.

love the couch shot. look at all those kids! reminds me of the dillon cousins!
looks like addison has some fun buddies!
Her costume (even though it's not Dora) is darling! Kellen had a few scary moments at houses too - he was speechles and I tried to convince him how nice and silly it was, rather than scary... Sounds like you are up and going very well, still! Now I'm sure you are thinking - c'mon baby boy J! :)
How awesome is that? A swing in your room? That would've been my dream come true as a kid! Ally had a similar experience trick or treating when she was about 3 yrs old...we went to a house where they were all dressed up spooky and she started crying & had enough trick or treating after that! So I don't blame Addison one bit for getting spooked!! She's an adorable cheerleader too ... can't you just see her in another 13 years being head cheerleader? :)
Cutest cheerleader EVER! Hope you are feeling well!
Love the cheerleader outfit even if it is ISU! My nieces have the Mizzou ones...hopefully they can be passed down to me! We will know Nov. 23rd! Looks like you all had a great Halloween!
UMMMMM....why do those people have a swing in their house???? They sound kind of kinky???
Happy to hear you and baby boy Johnson were able to take Addy trick or treating! I love that she was done after going to the scary house:)
